December 11th, 2009 · No Comments

Here are some habits you should acquire if you wish to become a successful blogger. There are more good habits than these, but they will provide you with a good starting point.

Be consistent

Write consistently. If you have decided that you would like to speak to your target audience every day, then blog every day. If you think twice weekly is all that your audience will want to hear from you then go with that. Whatever you do, be consistent.

It is far better to post once a week, but every week, than setting yourself a daily posting target that you can’t manage. You can always add extra posts, but stick with your regular articles.

Starting an Internet Business – Is Now the Time

December 8th, 2009 · No Comments

The biggest help for beginning an internet business in the developed world is that there is a extremely low barrier to entry. What does that mean? It means that you can pull up a PC, hook up the Internet thru your broadband provider and you are ready to roll.

None of these costs are huge and actually the use of PCs and broadband are so much a part of our daily lives most of us are set up. It doesn’t require huge space at extravagant shop front rentals and you can even get started with this endeavor as a part time exercise without giving up your day-time job.

Royalty Free Music Membership – Best Deal I Have Found

November 12th, 2009 · No Comments

Adding music to a Youtube video or an online sales video is expected today. You’ve probably noticed that background music makes the video appear more professional and makes it easier to watch.

Almost 1 year ago I joined Mike Stewart’s Two Buck Themes royalty free music membership site for a mere $10 a month. For that price every member gets five 1-minute royalty free music segments and a training video, usually teaching something to do with audio or video.

Recent training videos cover various aspects of using Sony Movie Studio, Sony Music Studio, looping music clips to make them longer, and creating audio buttons to post on your sites.

Why am I still with it after almost a year? Because the price is so little for everything I get back. By using Mike’s royalty free music I know that I’m not breaking any copyright laws and that no one can ever complain about the music I use for my videos. He’s also saving me time by instructing us how to use audio and video tools so we don’t have to figure it out ourselves. I highly recommend it.

If you want to give it a try, here is a link that takes you to a special discount price – you get to try the membership out for only one dollar: $1 Dollar Trial Membership
